A cancellation of the fees must be notified by the customer at least 24 h before the agreed date. Only in this case the entire cost of the tour will be refunded. In all other cases nothing will be given. The Company reserves the right to change itineraries and / or times due to force majeure (bad weather, rough seas, etc).

The Company is not responsible for any closing of Museums and archaeological sites and is not liable for delays, strikes, irregularities in city traffic or any other type of damage caused by third parties or force majeure. The Company is not responsible for any changes in prices of inputs or increases in the cost of services. In the event that any such exceptional circumstances had prevented the execution of the service, the company will refund the customer all monies paid, but no other compensation will be due.

The Company also is not responsible for any loss or theft of their property during the excursions. For payment by credit card is a charge of 3% on the cost of the tour (For American Express the supplement is 5%).

POLICY CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

The payment for the service requested will be charged to your credit card when booking 3 days before the holding of the service. Up to this date and time is no deposit.

Once the deadline of 3 days prior to the transfer, the latter must be paid even in case of failure to carry out. In the event that the reservation of the transfer should be less than 3 days by the same, the payment will be immediate.

The customer may cancel the reservation in a totally free no later than 3 days after the service. Cancellations received after this deadline will be charged the full cost of service.

Cancellations must be made via e-mail. CO.A.VE confirm this cancellation by email. In case of non-receipt of mail confirming the cancellation of the service, contact the Reservations Department CO.A.VE.
